Ryan Mullen
Bay & Gulf Counties Area Director
Hello my name is Ryan Mullen. I recently moved into the area with my wife, Dorsie, and two younger sons, Collin (15) and George (12), from Fort Collins, Colorado. I cannot express how excited I am to be apart of what God is doing in the Bay and Gulf Counties Area. We feel blessed that we are able to serve this community and have the privilege of raising our children here.
The role that the Fellowship Of Christian Athletes plays not only on and off the field, but in the schools, & community as well is truly part of the great commission. My goal is to lead and build our team of Area Representatives and Volunteer Leaders, as they disciple and build coaches and athletes up into equipped, bold, Christian Leaders by walking alongside them and providing programs like camps and huddles that help to not only support them, but empower them to share the love of Christ throughout the community.
By working together we can make the vision and mission of FCA a reality.
Dorsie Mullen

My name is Dorsie Mullen, Ryan and I have been married for just over 15 years, and share three boys together (23,15,&12). Feeling called by the Lord, we moved to Florida from Colorado in December, and we are all loving our new community.
I am honored and excited to be working with FCA, and to have the opportunity to join in ministry with the coaches, leaders, churches, schools, and volunteers; to positively impact lives and hearts for the kingdom of heaven.
The goal of FCA is to bring Jesus to the schools through the impact and influence of coaches and student athletes. I believe in what we’re doing at FCA. Many of the youth in our world right now are experiencing a crisis of identity, facing things like depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, addictions to vaping, electronics... We know that Jesus is the answer. That it’s God’s Word that tells us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, that the Maker of the Universe knows our name, and deeply loves every one of us. Jesus is the answer, and FCA is proven and effective in bringing Jesus into the schools & locker rooms, and onto the courts & fields.
I look forward to seeing the good fruits of intentional women’s ministry brought to coaches and athletes through FCA in the Bay and Gulf County area.
Willie Spears

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes has changed my life. My name is Willie Spears and I spent twenty years in education as an administrator, teacher, and coach. It is truly an honor for me to use those years of experience in my new role as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Area Representative for the Western Panhandle of Florida. I was born and raised in this area and answering the call to serve this area in full-time ministry is truly a blessing. Thank you for your interest in partnering with me as I spread the gospel on our school campuses. Many young people do not attend church on a regular basis, FCA allows us to bring Jesus to them at their school. Our goal is to use the foundation of athletics to minister the gospel through Coaches, Camps, Community, and the Campus. I need your help. Let’s work together to reach the world for Jesus, starting in our own back yard.
